Software Recuva Windows 10 interface is very simple and easy to use. It is a command-line tool with a graphical interface. It is a free application that can be downloaded from internet. The device itself is great but the experience has been awful.The Recuva application is a GUI tool for Windows that provides a user interface to recover files from a digital device. A massive shame for a company with some big names associated with it. At this point, I feel I have been scammed and that I'm £200 out of pocket. Since this, neither the Instagram or customer service team will respond to me. I message the Instagram account again and they confirm it'll be sent by latest last Monday. 28 days pass and I chase asking where my device is, I simply get back along the lines of 'you'll get it when its fixed', with no date. Customer service then got back to me and said its would be delayed but returned within 28 days. Customer service then told me to email the factory staff themselves as they couldn't get a response from them. I messaged on Instagram to try and push this forward.

It would take days to get any response via email ( if at all) and the phone number still didn't work. However, over a month later I still do not have my device back. They asked for a video of the device, then confirmed they would email me the return form. When customer service did get in contact with me they were initially helpful. My device broke in January under warranty, it took several days for anyone to contact me back, and the phone number didn't work.

Terrible experience from a customer perspective. Terrible customer service, and possibly scamming.
